Organizational theory is that merger of bureaucratic theory, scientific management, and administrative theory that seeks to explain organizations and the structures and processes that operate within them (Walonick, 1).

Management is very important in any organisation. Organisation can never achieve its objectives without proper management. Management is getting things done with the help of others. In early organisations theories were designed to predict and control the behaviour in organisation. Theories are the best way to manage organisation.

The institutional theory is expanded to take into consideration more complex organizational events such as “organizational change and diffusion, conflicting institutional environments, the instability of mimetic isomorphism compared to other sources of isomorphism,” (Bloom, Alexander, Lerman & Norrish, 1994, p. 322).

The data which modernists recognize are from the five senses, through what they see, heard, touch, smell and tasted.
